ACTIVITY SHEETS AND COLOR PAGES

Thank you Deanna Williston, Maryland Unlocking Autism State Representative, for creating these great sheets and activity ideas.

Our coloring and activity sheets are a great way of reaching people. Each sheet can be modified to tie into various lesson plans or activities.

Color sheets can be easily printed right here from our website. Offer copies to schools and classes, daycare centers, restaurants, libraries, churches, toy stores, and more.

One great way to use these sheets to raise awareness is to contact your local restaurants and see if they can be made into placemats. Many restaurants will take these sheets, add their children’s menu and copy them for free because their placemats then become a charity write-off.

There are activity and color sheets to share with classes and peers to help them gain a better understanding of autism so they will know how to appreciate and reach-out to children with autism.

Although each page can be used at any time, they can also be used to coincide with events that occur during various months. For example April’s color page shows April showers. There is a rainbow, signifying the diversity of each person on the autism spectrum. It pictures 3 boys and 1 girl as autism affects boys more than girls.

Each sheet features the Unlocking Autism children enjoying friendship, trains, dress-up, and much more! They provide information about autism and what it feels like to have autism. The UA kids really reach out to help raise awareness and understand for countless children nationwide.
